BirdLife Cyprus’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, 12 March 2017 at the Akrotiri Environmental Education Centre, in the village of Akrotiri, Limassol. 

The AGM will start at 10.00 am, if there is no quorum at 10am the official start of the AGM will be at 10.30am. There will be welcome coffee/tea from 9.30am. All members are invited to attend. 

Please note that this year there won’t be interpretation at the AGM. Some presentations will be done in English and others in Greek, with the slides in the other language.

For those wishing to stay after the AGM for lunch, we have arranged fish meze lunch at the Restaurant Oasis on Lady’s Mile (where the New Year’s lunch was held, nearest to the port) around 2pm on the day. BirdLife Cyprus has negotiated a price for those wishing to join of €17 per person without drinks. 

If you are interested in joining and benefiting from the offer, you will need to book in advance with the office. In order to guarantee a place for lunch please book by 6 March 2017. You will need to find you own way to the restaurant after the AGM.
