The BirdLife Cyprus 2022 calendar features some of the forest birds of Cyprus. Amongst them you will find one of our three endemics, the Cyprus Wheatear Oenanthe cypriaca, and all of our endemic sub-species: the Cyprus Jay Garrulus glandarius glazsneri, the Cyprus Coal Tit Periparus ater cypriotes and the Cyprus Short-toed treecreeper Certhia brachydactyla dorotheae. But that is not all; from the beautiful Paphos forest to the highest peaks of the Troodos mountains, our forests are home to a great variety of birds and their mellifluous sounds, and we feature an attractive selection of them in our 2022 calendar.
