Air Balloon Digital Studio and the School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Entrepreneurship at TEPAK, based in Paphos, announce the “Ostrakon Project 2024 for the Rescue of the Griffon Vulture,” an initiative in collaboration with BirdLife Cyprus aimed at addressing the dramatic decline of the Griffon Vulture population in Cyprus, which is on the brink of extinction.
The goal of this year’s project is to raise public awareness of this critical environmental issue and to fundraise for BirdLife Cyprus’ efforts to save the Griffon Vulture.
The event, which is comprised of a photography exhibition and a documentary screening, will take place on November 8, 2024, at 19:00, Auditorium 1 (1st floor) of the School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Entrepreneurship in Paphos. A reception will follow.
